By accessing or using PARADISE TV, you agree to these Terms and any rules or policies presented with particular features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Information you provide must not impersonate another person or violate the rights of others. PARADISE TV may restrict usernames, profile images, or account activity that violates these Terms or community rules.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use PARADISE TV to harass others, evade bans, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, commit fraud, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or abuse reporting and community systems.

4. PARADISE TV content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the PARADISE TV service, branding, interface, artwork, programming, and other materials provided by PARADISE TV are owned by or licensed to PARADISE TV and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

5. User content

You remain responsible for comments, profile information, images, and other material you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that material. By submitting content to public or interactive areas, you grant PARADISE TV the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service.

PARADISE TV may remove or hide content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, community rules, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service. Bans may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.

Features, shows, episodes, schedules, and availability may change. PARADISE TV may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Third-party services used for authentication, hosting, delivery, or other features are governed by their own terms and may experience interruptions outside PARADISE TV's control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PARADISE TV is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
